IHAPS is a free online facility that provides humanitarian aid agencies with a quick and easy way to access sources of supplies for emergency response and disaster relief operations.
It aims to provide an online interactive forum for humanitarian aid agencies - UN agencies, government agencies, the Red Cross/Red Crescent, NGOs, search & rescue and civil emergency authorities - to inform relevant suppliers worldwide of their immediate requirements, whilst providing these same agencies with the latest information on the availability of appropriate goods and services, that will enable them to respond effectively to any type of disaster or emergency, anywhere in the world.
